And I am not surprised at all, because it is a technology that can significantly change the way we run our companies. In today's world dominated by information and data, AI offers a number of tools that help companies better understand their clients, optimize their processes and make greater profits.
AI has many applications in marketing and in sale. It can help personalize content, automate routine tasks and analyze customer data to predict their behavior and trends, and with the development of technology you can expect even more innovative applications.

- Marketo - is a marketing automation platform that uses AI to help companies engage customers, measure results and increase revenues.
- Acquisio - is a platform for managing advertising campaigns on the Internet that uses machine learning to optimize ad targeting, bidding and budget allocation.
- Hootsuite Insights - is a tool in which AI helps companies monitor and analyze conversations and check the moods and trends in social media.
- Optimizely - is a platform in which artificial intelligence helps companies optimize their websites.
- Conversica - is an AI sales and marketing assistant. This tool uses natural language processing to engage and qualify potential customers through e-mails and chats.
There is another platform that I would like to mention - Canva. It is a platform for creating various types of graphics. With this tool you can create graphics for social media posts, presentations and even video movies. I mention this platform because I had the opportunity to watch the conference recently - and I am very impressed with how much this platform has developed thanks to the implementation of artificial intelligence. Thanks to modern solutions, using this platform, you can create graphics, generate content to it and match the color of the brand with just one click of the mouse. The use of this new function will save companies a lot of time and will strongly optimize the costs.
Regardless of the tools used by the company - customer relationships are still the most important thing in sales and marketing processes. That is why it is so important to use technology in a way that supports building and nurturing good relationships with clients above all.
